Returns & Exchanges

The Crew Cosmetics DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS. We are committed to your satisfaction, as well as maintaining sanitation standards. If you mistakenly purchased a shade you are unhappy with, we would love to offer an exchange of your UNUSED lippie within 7 business days of you receiving the original order.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and all cost associated with both the returned item, as well as the new item you would like to receive.  We encourage you to reference our Lip Swatch tab to ensure you pick the perfect shade!

SHIPPING

Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. The CREW Cosmetics is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided. Please contact USPS directly if there are any issues with your shipping.

All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct information regarding their name and address. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect address and email information. If a package is returned the customer can pay for the item to be reshipt. Please email us at support@thecrewcosmetics.com to request your item to be shipped to the correct address. Refunds are not given for items that ship to incorrect addresses.

Please note, due to the affordability of our pricing, we do not offer price adjustments for missed sales, or coupons codes. Please follow our social media accounts and join our email list to ensure you are aware of all sales and specials.
